Boba Milk Tea:
Recipe By: Donald Dube (through experimentation)
Here is a SAMPLER of the many ways you can customize this drink, I just rely on my old standby Monin Syrups.
You also need oversized straws because of the Boba Pearls.
Ingredients:
1 Package Of Tapioca Boba Pearls (or 1/4 cup of loose pearls)
1/4 Cup of Regular Milk Tea Mix or Crème Brûlée Mix
4 Squirts of Hazelnut, Iced Coffee, Caramel, or Dark Chocolate... or a combination of them. The bottles require a pumpInstructions:
In a 16 oz cup, fill it 3/4 of the way with water, and mix in the milk tea mix.
While you are doing this, cut open the bag of pearls and microwave them for 20 seconds, to soften them up.
Squirt in four squirts of the Monin Syrup (optional), Mix everything together.
IMPORTANT: I wouln't use the Monin Syrup or any other flavors in Taro Tea, Matcha Tea, and Thai Tea as they already are flavored.
Add straw.
Now try to drink JUST ONE.
