Ingredients:
1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup butterscotch topping
1 tsp. Vanilla extract
2 cups cream sodaInstructions:
Combine the first three ingredients.
Slowly add half of the cream soda. Stir until they are mixed thoroughly (they may stick to the bottom of their container at first without stirring). Add the other half of the cream soda.
Slowly pour into a tightly closed container, or the soda will go flat.
