Easy changes:

1 Lb. Hamburger instead of chicken
(Beef Stir Fry)

Teriyaki Sauce for Stir Fry Sauce
(Teriyaki Stir Fry)

Ingredients:

6 Chicken breast tenderloins (cut into cubes)
2 Pkg. Ramen Noodles (Oriental flavor)
1 Pkg. frozen mixed vegetables (about 2 cups)
1/4 teaspoon ginger (ground)
2 tbs. Onion Powder
Stir-Fry Sauce

Instructions:

In medium nonstick skillet, brown chicken with butter and Stir-Fry Sauce, until the pan is dry.

In a different skillet, combine 1 cup water, vegetables, noodles (broken up), ginger and seasoning packets (from noodles), and Stir-Fry Sauce, and onion powder.

IMPORTANT: As the water evaporates, or gets sucked into the noodles, the stir fry sauce will start coloring the vegetables, so add it SLOWLY during cooking. Don't use too much, or it will get VERY SALTY!

Bring to a boil, and simmer, stirring occasionally, until the water is gone.

Combine chicken and vegetables in one skillet; stir until everything is mixed.
