Lasagna:

Recipe By: Donald Dube (stolen from my Mother)


Ingredients:

1 Bag Of Shredded Cheddar Cheese (8oz)
1 Bag of Colby Jack Cheese (8oz)
1 15oz. Ricotta Cheese
1 Bag Shredded Mozzarella (8oz)
1 Box of Lasagna pasta
2 Bottle of Pasta Sauce
1lb Hamburger/Sirloin
1lb Sausage

Instructions:

Set oven to 375°f, and begin boiliing pasta untill it is firm.

Mix hamburger and sausage. Cook until the meat is not red, then drain fat.

Place one layer of pasta on the bake pan (usually three or four Lasagna noodles). Add a thin layer of hamburger/Sausage (until you can't see the pasta).

Add one bag of the shredded Mozzarella. Place medium size spoonfuls of Ricotta evenly around the surface.

Slowly spread one bottle of the pasta sauce on the top, dust the top with the Parmesan Cheese. Repeat for the second. Add more Parmesan Cheese on the top.

Put it in the oven.

As it is cooking, it will move around a bit. I usually take it out when the pasta and cheese begins to turn brown.
