Orange Chicken:

Ingredients:
1 Pkg of Knorr Teriyaki Noodles
1/4 cup sliced almonds (optional)
1 lb pkg. boneless chicken tenderloins (thawed)
1/4 cup orange marmalade
19 oz Bag Frozen Mixed Vegetables
2 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. white vinegarInstructions:
Cook the chicken with butter in a pan, until lightly brown, then add soy sauce, vinegar, and marmalade.
Toss occasionally until it begins to boil, then remove from heat.
Prepare mixed vegetables by package instructions.
Prepare Teriyaki Noodles according to package directions, adding mixed vegetables during the last 2 minutes of cook time.
Stir in almonds.
Evenly divide into 4 bowls.
Toss chicken with marmalade, soy sauce and vinegar evenly over the pasta.
I like to serve it over a bed of jasmine rice.
