Shepard's Pie:
Recipe By: Donald Dube (stolen from my Mother)
It was one of her tricks to get an uncooperative son to eat vegetables.
Ingredients:
1 Bag Idahoan Four Cheese Mashed Potatoes
1 Can Chunky Vegetable Soup (drain all liquid)
1 Can French Style Green Beans (drain all liquid)
1 Can Southwestern Corn (drain all liquid)
1lb. Hamburger/Sirloin
1 teaspoon Mrs. Dash
Season SaltInstructions:
Set oven to 375°f
Cook hamburger until the meat is not red, then drain fat. Spread the meat evenly at the bottom of a regular size cake pan. Spread vegetable soup evenly, then beans and corn.
Prepare both bags of instant potatoes, and stir until firm. Spread potatoes evenly on top of the rest of the ingredients. Lightly spread season salt and Mrs.Dash on top.
